Uh, I think *I* did. :-) This is why I posted to the newsgroup: the
Changes file seemed inaccurate.

I agree with you: DT::TZ 0.37 (2005-08-22) is based on 2005l, not 2005i,
and, as the Changes file states, "include[s] some major changes coming
up in the US as a whole in 2007"; namely, the U.S./Canada daylight
saving time changes legislated by the U.S. Congress in the Energy
Policy Act of 2005, signed into law by Dubya on 2005-08-08.
