If you upgraded to 1.14 or 1.15 you should probably upgrade to 1.16, since

- The leap year fix in 1.14 was pretty broken, as it checked after
   converting the year to Perl's internal (year - 1900) format.


I hate this (year - 1900) crap, I really do.
