DateTime From Solar Longitude

Given a decimal value for solar longitude (such as from 
DateTime::Util::Astro::Sun::solar_longitude) how would I convert it to a 
DateTime.

Specifically what I want to do is determine the first new moon after the 
vernal equinox (solar longitude = 0)
