I just committed a change to include them. I realized that it's best if the zones DT::TZ provides matches the zones available on a normal Unix system.

And thanks to everyone else for advice re: storing data in UTC. That is an aim of ours, but there's 3rd party code that doesn't do this yet, so it is a larger task to try and get that working.
