I am trying to install Date-Time-0.51 on an isolated AIX system. I have downloaded it and all of its prereqs (all together with the other modules I need I have hand-installed about 50 modules!), but I cannot figure out how to install DateTime itself. Everything else has a Makefile.PL that produces a Makefile, but DateTime only has a Build.PL. It looks like it only ever expects to be installed through the cpan module, but as I am completely isolated I cannot use that, and I don't want to build a CPAN mirror just to get this one module installed.
