Right, so generate it there and just have DateTime::TimeZone::Catalog say
"see Time::OlsonTZ::Data::Catalog for a list of all zones".
The value is that it provides information on all the zones in various
ways. That information isn't easily accessible on a system in any other
way that I know of.
