I have released version 1.01 of DateTime::TimeZone::LMT to CPAN. This version fixes the two RT tickets for this module, most notably https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=39340 which states that version 1.00 was incompatible with versions of DateTime (actually DateTime::TimeZone) after August 2008.
There are other improvements, to apply the up-to-date 2016 best practices (kwalitee, for example). Jean Forget new co-maintainer of DateTime::TimeZone::LMT
