OK, I finally understood what's going on.
Servers @ hotmail.com have a very little timeout to avoid DoS attacks and Your
server is on a slow path to hotmail.com MXs.
Try to telnet to the port 25 and wait a few soconds.
You'll see the connection closed and a message "554 Transaction failed" comes
out.
As You can see I sent You a message with my XMail server and it's gone.
A solution could be, if You've access to a well-linked SMTP relay, to route
messages to hotmail.com through this server ( smtpfwd.tab ).
