No, coz the old ORBS map ( relays.orbs.org ) is no longer available.
You can use the new capability of 0.74 with the maps of the new ORBSs or, when
it'll be sure what it'll be the "standard" new ORBS, I'll replace the OBRS map
coded inside XMail.
