The extaliases feature can be used only if all the accounts the are matched inside extaliases.tab use the XMail server as SMTP server. If this is not the case you can't use it. What ext aliases does is very simple, for each mail that has a local domain target, it changes the sender to be the local account so that the reply is handled locally. The only condition to let it works is to have the user to use the XMail server as SMTP server. - Davide
