Just use the big machine as primary MX/POP3 and the other ones that simply
routes all traffic to this one.
Using an "adequate" machine for primary MX/POP3 you can easily handle more
traffic than your network link is probably going to permit.
Well, at least if you don't have a 100Mbps link to the internet :)
