It could, in theory, setup a fake smtp session by stopping it at the
RCPT_TO command but :

1) some server accept messages at the first layer to reject them later

2) it does not stop spammers that can easily fake the MAIL_FROM ( and
From: ) to be the same of the recipient ( this is actually what they do ).
