1) setup smtprelay.tab so that this will contain IPs that are _always_
allowed to relay ( remember to use _real_ TABs and "" ). if you
have not IP always allowed to relay just leave this file empty
2) edit user.tab files of your accounts by setting "SmtpPerms" to :
a) "MRV" for users that are allowed to relay
b) "MV" for users that are _not_ allowed to relay
3) setup your users mail clients ( Outlook, etc...) to use SMTP
authentication ( remember that the username is the full email
address )
