beside the swap error above, Ecartis needs a "From:" inside the headers to
correctly generate the mbox seek line. it's sender MUA resposibility to
correctly format this header. a thing that Ecartis could do in case of
missing "From:" is either leave it "unknown" or try to detect the sender
from other header fields.
