1) create domains and users on both XMail and Exchange
2) point MXs to the XMail machine
3) set SMTP server for your accounts to be the XMail machine
4) set POP3 server for users that will use XMail to be the IP address of
the XMail machine
5) set POP3/IMAP server for users that will use Exchange to be the IP
address of the Exchange machine
6) for users that will use Exchange create a mailproc.tab with a single line :
"smtprelay" "EXCHANGE-IP"
