The crlf stuff can be solved with :

# find DOMAIN-PATH -type f -exec dos2unix \{} \;

But you'll have the problem that the mailbox format will be mailbox and
not Maildir. XMail can work ( command line ) with mailbox or Maildir but
not with both at the same time.
