Yes, on Windows XMail uses its own mailbox delivery. If you want to keep
the mailbox delivery you have to use "-Mm" inside the command line.

Same. You have to setup the command line inside '/etc/rc.d/init.d/xmail'.
The variable you have to edit is :

XMAIL_CMD_LINE="-Sl -Ql -Pl -Cl -Mm"
