If you set the drop code to zero, users can override the block using
authentication. If you're talking about external traffic coming in, and
you want selectively enable the block depending on the recipient, no it's
not possible and I'm not planning it. With the new filter architecture
though, you will have the sender IP, and you will be able to perform the
map check from inside and inbound filter.
