Documentation is included in Codec Engine 1.02 (included in DVEVM 1.10).
Refer to the "Codec Engine Algorithm Creator User's Guide"
(codec_engine_1_02/docs/sprued6.pdf) for details on packaging your own
codec.  It's a short doc, so read it... and then read it again.  :)

Trust me, you don't want the whole XDC manual.  ;)  Fortunately, you
don't need to know all the details - and can typically start from the
examples in the codec_engine_1_02/examples/codecs/* directory.

[ For the brave, the XDC docs _are_ available in the xdctools_1_21/doc
directory, see the "XdcObjectModel/index.html" link for detailed
reference info about objects the CE XDC scripts are utilizing.
Specifically, the "Pkg" object is an alias for the
xdc.bld.PackageContents object.  Don't get lost in there... you need to
know < 1% of what's in the XDC docs. ]
