No, the you should transmit the actual binary file size you have. So, you
should send 0x0BB8 for the ubl size.

My UBL is much smaller than 0x3800 (actually 0x0BB8). I made the
binary file compiling on DVEVM. Should I transmit 0x3800 bytes?
