Paul, In NAND mode this switch is set to OFF to prevent the DSP from self boot on EMIF (which will be NAND) and execute unknown code out of NAND flash. This condition is sampled only during RESET so after booting to u-boot or Linux you can set the SW back to ON before running the demos. Also I think we have ID the reason for the S3-4 having to be ON and are doing internal checking to verify the change. I will notify users on the list as soon as possible. Best regards, Loc |
