Recommend posting your u-boot variables - capture printenv output and provide in post plus some indications on your setup (example: EVM connected to router which is connected to PC running DHCP server).

It doesn't appear to want to ping a host nor can we do a tftp transfer. These functions do work from the linux kernel though. I have seen other info about uboot not getting past inbound ARP packets.
