A good first check is that you are setting
‘Base Profile’ and using Level 3.0 (not level 3.1).

Hi All,
i have been trying to convert a videofile to a
transport stream file with h264 video and aac audio format using the
mainconcepts h264 encoder.
im trying to get the following video properties on the output file
Video Width = 720
Video Height = 480
Video Mode = NTSC
Audio Mode = AAC
VideoRate = 3000 Kbps
But whatever conversions i've done, dont seem to work using the davinci codec
engine.
Ive also tried to convert the video to h264 elementary stream, so that i can
play it using the decode demo app for davinci, i was unsuccessful with that too
.
Next whatever conversions i had done work on players like videolan client, but
not on davinci (codec engine).
i need some help on this conversion and what settings should be given to the
mainconcepts h264 encoder for the encode process.
