Error when I call IMGDEC_Process

When I call IMGDEC_Process function. I got the following error:
 
CMEMK Error: GETPHYS: Failed to convert virtual 0xfeffd8ff to physical.
CMEMCMEMK Error: GETPHYS: Failed to convert virtual 0xfeffe876 to physical.
 Error: getPhys: Failed to get physical address of 0xfeffd8ff
CMEM Error: getPhys: Failed to get physical address of 0xfeffe876
 
 
Any idea?
