Can you be more specific when you say "it doesn't work"? Do you mean that you
weren't able to apply the patch, or you have successfully applied the patch and
recompiled the kernel but it doesn't work?
i think the driver of davinci_mmc still has some
problem but i cann't solve it. anyone can help,

Before applying the patch the MMC subsystem doesn't work at all (at least with
my EVM); when the patch is applied, there are still some problems, but you
should see something going. Have you tried with different MMCs? Apparently the
driver is quite picky, for example I've tried with three MMC and just one of
them worked decently. Probably there is some critical timing issue, I would
like to investigate on this but I can't do it right now.
