You could either do a reply all [like I just did] and modify the To: &
CC: headers manually or add an extension written by Peter McCurdy:

The extension adds a 'reply to list' item to the pull down menu &
a hot-key Ctrl-I to do the same. The catch is that his extension needs
either the Mnenhy or Enigmail extensions as well as a C++ code patch also
for Thunderbird versions 1.x & 2 - it works natively with v3 which is set
for release later in 2007.
