Hi everyone,
a week is gone and I have the same problem:
I compiled with success (no errors, no warnings) the DaVinci demo
examples, but when I try to execute the video_copy/dualcpu example it
gives me this error:
App-> Application started.

CEapp-> ERROR: can't open engine video_copy
App-> Application FAILED.
also the recompiled examples in /opt/dvevm like encode o decode give me
similar errors: they cannot load the engine:
TraceUtil> Error: Failed to open codec engine "encode"
modules cmemk and dsplinkk where compiled and inserted whithout errors:
cmemk: module license '(c) Texas Instruments' taints kernel.
cmem initialized 3 pools between 0x87800000 and 0x88000000
dsplinkk: no version for "struct_module" found: kernel tainted.
DDR_START 0x8fa00000 DDR_SIZE 0x400000
I also reinstalled all the developers tools but I have the same problem.
I'm using latest tools frome ti web site
