The utility Andrew is referring to is now called DVFlasher.  It is
available with full source for the host app and the UBL with the
application note SPRAAI4.  The code package can be downloaded from
http://www.ti.com/litv/zip/spraai4

A new update to this utility will be available shortly that will handle
the soft-reset issue folks were seeing, and also provides confirmed
support for booting 2KByte block size (i.e. big-block) nand devices.
