Hi,
I'm trying to do some testing on the DVEVM by modifying the
"davincieffect_ntsc.264" file's fps resolution and bitrate.... Does anyone out
there have a good program that will do this on the PC linux or XP. I tried
Videolan and ended up converting it to some type of file that could not be
decoded on the DVEVM.
