Hi All,
I am using a Hitachi TravelStar HTS541040G9AT00 hard disk of 40GB on
the
DVEVM. I am getting the following errors on the output whilst mounting
my
device.
hda: dma_timer_expiry: dma status == 0x21
hda: DMA timeout error
hda: dma timeout error: status=0x58 { DriveReady SeekComplete
DataRequest }
ide: failed opcode was: unknown
hda: dma_timer_expiry: dma status == 0x21
Can any one provide me a clue as to what is happening and why it so.
Also
i noticed my HDD perfromance after the device gets mounted (it takes a
hell lot of time) is very slow.
Any help would be greatly appreciated..
