Hi Jowelle,

It does provide repeated start condition you are talking about.
It is used by audio driver (AIC33) in read operation. AIC33 registers are
read in sequence shown below.

        S-Add-A -Write DATA[AIC33 register no.]-A    (repeated start)     
S-Add-A-Read Data-A-P

This is sequence that u were talking about.

Hi Patrick,

I don't think there will be no stop in between write and read.
What I need is a repeated start in between write and read.


Sequence:
S-Add-A -Write DATA-A    (repeated start)     S-Add-A-Read Data-A-P
