- In kernel menuconfig, enable
Device Drivers -> USB support -> DaVinci 644x USB support: Disable
DMA (always use PIO)

- Try patch (with PIO disabled again/DMA on) as proposed by David in
attachment.

I posted the patch to OMAP list to fix it there. With next DaVinci git
update we will get it then here as well.

This patch and a lot of other musb updates found their way into OMAP
git now. OMAP git is updated to 2.6.23 recently as well. Hint, hint ... ;)
