2. And another question is why this ioctl can not return the
correct standard (ntsc or pal) provided my camera works fine? So I want
to know is there any Switch settings in the davinci dvevm board. We
searched the tech ref manual, but there are not such SW or JP settings?

SPRUE66C, chapter 2.1, item 2:
The DIL-switch S3 position 10 is used for that on the original demo's:
OFF=NTSC and ON=PAL.
SPRUE66C, chapter 4.3.6:
The switch is read by u-boot and converted into a command line
parameter, e.g.:
bootargs=mem=120M . . . video=dm64xxfb:output=$(videostd)
where $(videostd) will be replaced by 'ntsc' or 'pal'.
