Hi Euan, I have just upgraded a board to 1.20 using the downloaded file restore_1_20_00_10.tar.gz. The size of the file is 968.9M in the nautilus browser. The restore script is AFIK inside the tar.
I took seven download tries here at the company, they all failed. I then retried it at home (Netherlands, fast ADSL, on a 'quit' moment) and had no problems then. The restore script is in the ~/workdir/filesys/restore directory AFTER you untarred the big file. It reformats the drive, then writes a file system, then installs several packages. I don't think you can easily upgrade the HDA1 another way.
