Manas,

Did you run the loadmodules.sh script before starting the demo? It seems
that dsplink.ko is missing.

Regards,

Niko

Subject: NEw Decode demo programme is not working...

Hi,

I did 'make' for the decode demo programe the latest one posted in the
TI DM6446 product dvevm_setuplinux_1_20_00_00.bin
<https://www-a.ti.com/extranet/cm/product/dvevmsw/dspswext/download/dvev
m_setuplinux_1_20_00_10.bin> Website. I compiled it successfully.

I have not change anything in the code given. Just I did make and make
install just for checking. When I am running it in the DVEVM board
through NFS. I am getting error like:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/opt/dvevm# ./decode -v
/opt/dvevm1/data/videos/davinci_video.m2v
Decode demo started.
TraceUtil> Error: Failed to open codec engine "decode"

While the demo executable code given with board is running fine..

I am unable to figure out .. Can you tell please..

Thanks
MANAS
