DaVinci support CF over PalmChip IDE controller in TrueIDE mode only.
PCMCIA mode is not supported.

That's what I got from most Davinci's document.  However, when examine
the CF pins, it's actually configured in PCMCIA mode by default.  In
order to support IDE, the palm_bk3710 module does the translation to
TrueIDE mode.

There is one mention of the word PCMCIA mode in SPRUE21, which basically
says what I said above.  That gives me a glimmer of hope, but am I
chasing something that's really not there?
