Hi Chris, Diego,
    We met that problem. That happened because when CaptureFrame( 
&capbuf_phyaddr) was called, that function returned but the returned buffer was 
not filled up with an entire new frame. That means, the "top part" of the 
buffer belongs to the current frame but the "bottom part" belongs to the old 
frame. We overcame this by using the previous buffer (the buffer returned by 
the previous call to CaptureFrame) for displaying / encoding when calling 
CaptureFrame( &capbuf_phyaddr) for getting current frame.
