Yes, the source is there for both. I periodically sync with the OMAP
git tree. Of course it has to be re-compiled with the proper kernel
config for your OMAP platform. See arch/arm/configs/omap*_defconfig for
details.
But for the latest and greatest, you should use the OMAP git tree itself.

FYI... git tree has updated to 2.6.26-rc5 + sync w/OMAP git.
