The GStreamer port you downloaded is designed to run using Codecs from the 
DVEVM 1.20 software release.  Those codecs will not work with the updated 
dsplinkk module from DVSDK 1.30.  You should use DVEVM 1.20 instead for 
everything to be compatible.
