Just a small change.
Its not EVM#, but host $ viz
host$ make clean
host$ make
host$ make install

I think you have to compile the dvsdk using
EVM# make clean
EVM# make
EVM# make install
The make install will install the .ko into the required paths set by you
usually /opt/../..
../loadmodules.sh is to be given after that.

Hi ,
I am trying to run demos came with DM355 EVM.As per section 3.4 of
getting started guide ,to load CMEM and accelerator modules few commands
were given that has to run over target window .
when i tried ./loadmodules .sh i get following errors
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/opt/dm355# ./loadmodules.sh
insmod: can't read 'cmemk.ko': No such file or directory
../loadmodules.sh: line 6: ./mapdmaq: No such file or directory
insmod: can't read 'dm350mmap.ko': No such file or directory
mknod: wrong number of arguments
Try `mknod --help' for more information.

it seems it is not finding few files .so i used directory whic has req
files but still i get errors like
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/opt/davinci# ./loadmodules.sh
cmemk: disagrees about version of symbol struct_module
insmod: error inserting 'cmemk.ko': -1 Invalid module format
insmod: error inserting 'dsplinkk.ko': -1 File exists
can any one help me tracking this.
