Chris, There is a section in the LSP 1.20 release notes about this.
The section is - "Re-programming the MAC Address on your DM355 EVMs" in the PSP_##_##_##_###/lsp_psp_01_20_00_014_release_notes.html file. You will need to use a temporary U-Boot binary - "u-boot-1.2.0-dm355_evm-macfix.bin" from PSP_##_##_##_###/bin/dm355 directory. U-Boot upgrade instructions can also be found in the PSP_##_##_##_###/docs/commands.txt file. This version of U-Boot sees the DM9000A mac address programmed in the reverse order and fixes it when you execute the dhcp command. Once corrected, you will need to use the actual U-Boot binary - "u-boot-1.2.0-dm355_evm.bin" from the same location. Hope you have access to these components.
