Hi,

 

FPS is basically a factor of the output clock rate on the VPBE. The standard
PAL/NTSC outputs are from the on-chip encoder on the VPBE and hence you
cannot get any other frequency if the standard mode in the VMOD register is
set (as far I remember that's the bit!).

 

Try the non-standard mode in the YCC mode with an increased custom blanking
period to vary your VSYNC and the effective FPS.
