Hi Jon,
 
The socket on the DM6446 is labelled SD/MMC/MS which suggests it should work.
 
Not sure about Sony's proprietary 'Magic Gate' DRM crud though.

The DVEVM has Sony MS support? How can it? Correct me if I'm wrong but it has 
no Memory Stick socket! I have also not seen any drivers or kernel config for 
it.. Nor anything in the datasheets for the SD controller that mentions Memory 
Stick.
 
Then again I've never used MS.. maybe the interface is compatible with SD? (I 
doubt it)

        by Memory stick i mean the Sony memory stick pro duo cards. The DVEVM 
has SD/MMC/MS support as per the user guide.
