HI, I need to interface the dm355 VPBE with a LCD using YCC16 format,and I have get the VGA video displayed on the LCD.Now I need to diaplay HD video(I means 720P) on the LCD,the default 27MHz is not enough for this application,so I must use the EXT_CLK about 48MHz to solve this issue.But I get into a very strange problem:However I configure the VPBE, I just can't get any signal from the VCLK pin on the VPBE,all the data and sync signal and clk pin of VPBE is forced to low.But if I configure the VCLK is from MX1 or MX2 or PLL1,all the above test is ok.I want to know what is the difference between the EXT_CLK mode and the others mode?After I configure the PINMUX and the VPSS_CLK_CTRL properly,what should I do to get a correct VCLK signal from the input EXT_CLK?
