Does anyone have any more information about this?
We are fairly well-developed with a product based on the Montavista
kernel that came with the EVM. We haven't bought anything from them.
I don't see how we can have to pay for the GPL'd kernel, is there
anything else I need to strip out?

Clues would be appreciated, obviously I won't consider any responses as
legal advice.

Cheers,
