I think this is possible if you want to have too app run in arm to access
two different codecs.
Please try give a adaptive program but not just try these to program.
App1 \ /Codec A
\ /
Adaptive program
/ \
App2 / \Codec B
But If you want to access the same codec in the future. I think we should
have too much work to do
