new kernel support the raw mode input. but at first, what sensor you connect with your board, do the sensor output Bayer data straight into CCDC controller of VPFE?

I looked into the driver code (drivers/media/video/ccdc_davinci.c) and it seems that this mode is not supported in the version I am working with (kernel 2.6.10, MontaVista release 4.0).
