Another good example is the DMAI example applications. The DMAI library allows for easy use of modules such as the resizer block. You can obtain DMAI at https://www-a.ti.com/downloads/sds_support/applications_packages/dmai/index.htm. Once you have installed it check out the video_loopback_resize application in the <dmai install dir>/packages/ti/sdo/dmai/apps directory. This example takes video in from the video port, resizes it, and then displays it to the screen.
