Hi, I am having a similar problem. Do you have any example of how to modify the driver to be mutually exclusive of each other in-flight.

If you file system is located on NOR and you need to access NOR and CF from Linux then you need to modify the drivers to be mutually exclusive of each others in-flight and outstanding access. I'm using DaVinci 6446 customized board. I boot the device from NOR flash. When I avoid communication with CF card (no data streaming to CF), the application works perfectly fine. But, when I set 17th bit of PINMUX0 (ATAEN - to enable CF), strange things start to happen. I set this register in the application, because if I do it before start of the application, NOR flash wouldn't work anymore. I know about this limitation. But, even if I set ATAEN in the application I got alignment trap and bus error. When I run the same application on NFS this doesn't happen. Anyone had similar problem? Any hint is wellcome.
