I got the info what i needed. Actually i was searching from the 
LSP_1.30_Drivers_Data_Sheet_SPRS495.pdf.
There is not much info mentioned in the datasheet.

what kind of access are you talking about ? There's gpiolib on kernel
space and watchdog timers are under drivers/watchdog.
